Benefit from a blend of essential oils, with grapeseed oil, for a soothing body and bath experience.
Grapeseed Oil is commonly used in aromatherapy as it is a fairly all-purpose oil and can be used in a wide array of applications ranging from massage to skin care, as it contains more Vitamin E than olive oil, and with its thin consistency, grapeseed oil is an amazingly lightweight moisturiser. (Can also be used as a moisturiser for hair, by adding a few drops to hair strands before shampooing.)
Directions: Massage a few drops into your skin as a body treatment, or swish into a bath of warm water and massage into your skin as you bathe.
When you exit the bath, take care as it may be slippy, and pat your skin dry to retain the moisturising benefits.
